After nearly an eternity in the warm, quiet space, it began to feel tight. I had been happy and snug while I changed and grew but now, now everything was different. I moved my head up and down and suddenly it was brighter! I started to wriggle and around me I could hear sounds like there were others doing the same.
 
This painting depicts the joy and hope felt as each new green turtle egg successfully hatches. Green turtles are endangered and every single baby is a cause for celebration!
